This Privacy Policy explains how Faskit, Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as Fask ("Fask", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and shares personal information. It applies to our websites and to the Fask platform and related services (together, the "Services").

1. Controller and Processor Roles

When you visit our websites or manage a Fask account, we act as the controller of your personal information. When our customers use the Services to process data about their own contacts and end users ("Customer Data"), we act as a processor on the customer's behalf and handle that data under our agreement with the customer, not under this Policy. If you are an end user of one of our customers, please direct privacy requests to that customer.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Account information (name, email, and company details)
• Billing information (processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers)
• Communications you send to us, such as support requests
• Business data you upload or connect to the Services

3. Information Collected Automatically

We do not use Customer Data to train foundation models. Any model improvement we perform uses de-identified or aggregated data only.

• AI and communication providers you enable, to deliver the features you use
• Payment processors, for billing
• Legal authorities, where required by law or to protect rights and safety
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and to meet legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. When you close your account, we make Customer Data available for export for a limited period and then delete it, except where retention is required by law. De-identified or aggregated data may be retained.

7. Data Security

We maintain technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and authentication, and ongoing monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. You can update account information in the Services or contact us to exercise these rights. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link.

9. International Data Transfers

The Services are operated from the United States, and personal information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for international transfers.

10. Third-Party Sites and Services

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access to or deletion of it, to correct inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. 15. European Union and United Kingdom Users

If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, our legal bases for processing include performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, your consent, and compliance with legal obligations. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability, and you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
